Robert Beitcher

Mr. Redlo of Hercules, CA, is the President and Chief Consultant of Redlo Health Solutions, Inc. He is also the Executive Director of the Bay Area Health Workforce Partnership, an organization that consists of almost all the Health Providers in the Bay Area of California who are committed to Diversity and Equity by growing their local workforce. He has been Vice President of Patient Relations, Labor Relations, and Workforce Development at Doctors Medical Center. He has also held various positions at Kaiser Permanente, including Director of National Workforce Planning and Development and Director of Human Resources. He was Chair of the University of California, Berkeley, Institute for Research on Labor and Education from 1996 to 1997 and was Director of Workforce Planning for New York State from 1993 to 1996. Redlo has been a member of the California Hospital Association and a member of the Hercules Middle/High School Site Council. He has been a member of the Hercules Chamber of Commerce since 2011 and a member of the Hercules Education Foundation since 2010.
