Kamyar Amiri-Davani

Kamyar Amiri-Davani, of Laguna Beach, has been appointed to the California Workforce Development Board. Amiri-Davani serves as the managing director of investor relations at Golden Gate Global. Before joining Golden Gate Global, Amiri-Davani co-founded EB5Investors.com, established in 2012, and served as its vice president. He co-founded Uglobal in 2016 and co-founded Opportunity Zone Expo in 2018. Amiri-Davani co-founded LawQA in 2010 and was its vice president from 2010 to 2011. This position does not require Senate confirmation, and the compensation is $100 per diem.
