Anette Smith-Dohring

Anette Smith, of Sacramento, is Founder and CEO at Impact Group Enterprises, LLC. Smith was previously Workforce Development Manager at Sutter Health Sacramento, Sierra Region. She serves as chair of the California Hospital Association Workforce Committee, where she has been a member since 2007. Smith has been a member of Sacramento Works Inc. since 2005 and an oversight committee member at the California Community College Health Workforce Initiative since 2001.
