CWDB policies provide guidance about various program requirements, funding, and activities. The policies below are for our grantees and workforce partners administering state-funded grant programs. 

Additionally, we collaborate with the Employment Development Department (EDD) to develop policies and provide information to state workforce development partners through Directives and Information Notices, which can be found on EDD’s website at Workforce Services Directives.
