The High Road Construction Careers (HRCC) program invests in projects that advance construction training. In partnership with the California Jobs First Initiative, HRCC creates reliable career pathways to a middle-class income. All projects strengthen partnerships between local building and construction trades councils, workforce boards, community colleges, and community-based organizations to deliver structured, high-quality training.
