Larry Frank

Larry Frank, of Los Angeles, has been working at the UCLA Labor Center since 2020. From 2013 to 2020, Frank was President of Los Angeles Trade-Technical College (LATTC) and then Vice Chancellor of Workforce and Resource Development at LACCD. From 2005-2013, he worked as a deputy mayor overseeing multiple areas within the City of Los Angeles including workforce development. From 2001-2005 he held positions at the UCLA Center for Labor Research and Education, including staff director and research director. After graduation from UCLA School of Law in 1990, he was in private practice until 2001.
