James Mangia

Jim Mangia is the President/CEO of St. John’s Community Health, a nonprofit federally qualified health center network of 25 community health centers, school-based health centers, and three mobile clinics providing healthcare services to more than 480,000 patient encounters in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside and the Coachella Valley.  Mangia served as a member of Mayor Karen Bass’ Transition Advisory Council in 2022-2023.  Appointed by Governor Brown in 2012, Mangia continues to serve as a State Commissioner on the State of California Workforce Investment Board and served as an Expert Advisor to the Let’s Get Healthy California Task Force.
