Janus Norman

Norman has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the California Broadband and Video Association since 2022. He was Senior Vice President of State and Federal Government Affairs for the California Medical Association from 2013 to 2022. Norman was a Legislative Director for the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees California PEOPLE from 2010 to 2013. He was a Government Analyst at the Judicial Council of California from 2008 to 2010. Norman held various positions, including Senior Consultant to the Committee on Budget, with the California State Assembly from 2002 to 2008. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Sacramento.
