With experience as a practitioner, policy advocate and labor representative, Sandra provides a wide variety of expertise within the field of workforce development. In her current role, she leads the High Road Field team in advancing creative solutions though connection, partnership, and collaboration. Prior to joining the State, Sandra worked with local community based organizations to deliver job readiness training, build partnerships, and align resources to expand employment outcomes for people exiting homelessness. Sandra values quality time with family and friends, can be convinced to travel almost anywhere if good food is involved, and enjoys discovering local hiking trails with her small dog.
