Whether working at a day shelter for homeless teens, helping people see at VSP, or assisting nonprofits with their marketing and communications needs, Ross has always had a heart for giving back and lending a helping hand.  He brings his background and experience in writing, communications and marketing to the CWDB team and is excited to be a part of an organization reaching out to those in California that would like a meaningful job, providing for their families.  Outside of work, Ross enjoys trying to keep up with his kiddos, playing tennis and piano, reading a good book, and following his Gonzaga Bulldogs.
