Megan Bailey
Program Analyst
Megan previously served three years as a Workforce Development Specialist at the Foundation for California Community Colleges’ employer of record service known as “Career Catalyst.” The service supports hundreds of paid work experience programs that provide paid WEX to thousands of job seekers throughout California and Oregon. Including the FCCC, she has more than 15 years of workforce development experience with nine of those years serving as a Workforce Development Professional (WDP) at a local AJCC. She provided direct career services to communities in the Sacramento region and then three years with the California Workforce Association as staff to California’s Local Workforce Development Boards – with the main focus being on statewide capacity-building conferences (Meeting of the Minds, WORKCON and Youth at Work), and the yearly Executive Boot Camp. Megan obtained her Journey-Level status as a Workforce Development Professional in 2016 after completing one of the nation’s first registered WDP apprenticeship programs. She is excited to be a part of the CWDB team and to help further the mission of CWDB’s HRTP programs.
