Marc worked in the Irish Parliament as a political staffer before moving to the US in 2017. After coming to the US, Marc worked for the State Building and Construction Trades Council of California. Following that, he worked with local trade unions across the state in the development of their member activation programs. At CWDB, Marc assists regionally-based HRCC partnerships in their efforts to develop and maintain accessible pathways to middle-class careers in the building and construction trades.
