In his role, Jeff enjoys being able to help people further their career goals, find answers to difficult questions, and help staff navigate the ever-changing world we live in. Previously, Jeff researched and wrote policies and procedures at the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, where he learned about not only researching, but also interpreting the intent of legislation and figuring out how to effectively translate those ideas into daily practice. As a former business owner, he learned the value of embracing differences and seeking out alternative points of view and knowledge from others. Jeff enjoys camping and boating with family and is a college football fan who loves to root for his Trojans!
