James is a part of the Program Implementation Team as a Program Analyst working on the Prison to Employment grants. James has been in the workforce development field for the last three years. Before coming to the Workforce Development Board, he worked as a student intern for California Prison Industry Authority by providing transitional packets for justice impacted individuals who were close to parole. James provided Case Management for a nonprofit specializing in job readiness training for 18-24 year old individuals who experienced barriers towards gaining employment. His hobbies include getting back into fitness, cooking, and hiking.
