
Hannah Bell
Associate Governmental Program Analyst
Hannah comes to the CWDB with over 11 years of experience in the Workforce Development industry. She began as a Career Counselor at a local AJCC in 2012. She enjoyed being able to directly serve marginalized and disadvantaged job seekers, helping them to secure family supporting jobs and careers. She then switched to the business services side, interfacing with employers to support their effort to find quality employees. From there, she transitioned to the private sector as a Corporate Quality Assurance Specialist. In that role, she oversaw the quality assurance and training funds management of over 40 WIOA programs nationwide. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech, and her Master’s Degree in Transition Special Education from The George Washington University. Outside of work, she teaches a Mommy and Me music class, enjoys spending time with her family, and mentors young moms of children with special needs.
