Halley Walsh
Program Analyst
Before joining the CWDB Halley served as a vocational rehabilitation counselor with the Department of Rehabilitation where she helped individuals with disabilities access training and quality employment opportunities. Halley was drawn to the CWDB for the same reasons she was originally drawn to employment services- to make a difference in the lives of Californians with barriers to employment. With previous work experience in wildlife biology and sustainable waste management, the High Roads Training Partnership model aligns with her interests in job quality, equity, and climate sustainability initiatives. Halley is excited to join the HRTP team and help further the mission of the CWDB. In her free time, she can be found walking her dogs on the beach, drinking tea with a good book and her cat, or experimenting with a new recipe in the kitchen.
