Chan enjoys taking part in the development of new grant programs and seeing the implementation and impact of projects in local communities throughout California; she loves providing hard-to-serve populations the access to workforce and education services. Previously, Chan was a Grant Manager and Acting Supervisor at the Department of Resources Recycling Recovery and assisted adult job seekers at the Sacramento Employment Training Agency. Outside of work, Chan enjoys spending time with family, taking road trips, and seeing the world through her son’s eyes.
