Allison has an MSW – Rural and Indigenous People and a BS in Business Administration—Marketing and Sustainable Management from HSU. She arrived at CWDB directly from the Humboldt County Workforce Development Board where she served as Director, Regional Organizer and Training Coordinator, and as the Zone Administrator for the North Coast Recycling Market Development Zone. Prior to that, she worked as a Coordinator for Public Health and as an Analyst for Behavioral Health. When she isn’t working, she loves being on the Salmon River with her husband and two daughters. Her hobbies include creating gourmet foods and bakery items, landscape design, slumped and fused glass, and a wide variety of other crafts. Allison volunteers and serves on a number of local boards in her community, and throughout her life, she maintains a focus on upward mobility for all Californians.
